Q1: How about warranty?
A1:The machine with main parts(excluding the consumables) shall be changed free of charge(some parts will be maintained) when if any problem during the warranty period.
1.Fiber laser cutting machine:3 years quality guaranty.
2.Laser marking machine:3 years quality guaranty.
3.Laser welding machine:2 years quality guaranty.

Q2: Payment terms?
A2:Alibaba trade assurance/TT/West Union/Payple/LC/Cash and so on.

Q3: Do you have CE document and other documents for customs clearance?
A3: Yes, we have Original. At first we will show you and And after shipment we will give you CE/Packing list/Commercial Invoice/Sales contract for customs clearance.

Q4: Delivery time.
A4:
1.Fiber laser cutting machine:
General configuration:About 15 working days. Customized:20-45 working days.(Also according to customized complexity level)
2.Laser marking machine:
General configuration:About 5 working days. Customized:10-15 working days.
3.Laser welding machine:
General configuration:About 7 working days. Customized:10-15 working days.
4.Laser cleaning machine:
General configuration:About 7 working days. Customized:10-15 working days.
All the delivery time is approximate in general just for your reference. But maybe affected by some other uncontrollable reasons,like environment protection check by government . And The actual delivery date will be subject to the salesman said. In one word,we will try our best to deliver the machine as soon as possible and not affect your work.

Q5:If we need Bomark technician to train us after order,how to charge?
A5: 1) If you come to our factory to get training,it is free for learning.And the seller also accompany you in factory 1-3 working days.(Every one learning ability is different,also according to details)
2) If you need our technician go to your local factory to teach you ,you need to bear the technician’s business travelling ticket / room and board/ 100 USD per day.

Q6:What’s Package and transportation?
A6: 1 Package:
Regarding machine by sea.
If LCL,in general we will use standard export plywood with container.
If FCL,we will do as customer’s requirements.comparing with LCL,FCL is more safe.
Regarding machine by Air (small volume).We will use standard export plywood with container.
Regarding Machine parts with small volume by air.We will package it with safety method and more consider on transportation cost by air.

Q7:In warranty time,if part goes wrong,how to deal with?
A7: We will replace or repair without charge if manufacture’s defective workmanship (the parts without customer’s man made damage) with new or repaired parts shipping cost to customer.And it will be determination by BOMARK laser. In general,customer’s need to return the parts with shipping cost. Also the parts should be packaged as well as they received without damage. If there is wrong,the customer will bear the related cost.
We will replace or repair But it will except the following factors:
1)The parts damaged due to lack of maintenance,cleaning,Or misuse/abuse.
2)Normal wear and tear.
3)damage caused by accident.
4)Piracy incidents
5)Some other man made damage.
If the above 5 points,the customer will be responsible for all the cost including shipping (go and return) charges.

Q8:What’s the business process?
A8: (1) Analysis the most suitable machine for you after knowing your works in details .
(2) After confirming  machine information ,we will talk about transporting .
It maybe FOB/CFR/CIF/CIP/DDU/EXW/FCA/FAS and other trade terms.
(3) After Machine information and transporting have been solved ,we will talk about payment terms (including 1.T/T 2.trade insurance of alibaba 3.L/C 4.Payple 5.West Union) .
(4) After you pay first deposit money30%(if T/T) ,we will produce the machine.
(5) After finishing machine,we will send machine picture and machine test video for your agreement.
(6)after your agreement , you can pay the remaining money.We will transport this machine to you by sea or by air (as we discussed at the beginning) .
(7) After the machine shipped ,We will send related documents (B/L,Packing list,commercial invoice) Telex release of bill of lading for your customs clearance
(8) When the machine will reach your port ,Shipper forwarder will inform you to let you get ready for customs clearance in advance .
(9)After customs clearance,you will get the machine finally.

Q9:I don’t know how to use after i receive Or i have problem during use, how to do?
A9:1)We have detailed user manual with pictures and CD,you can learn step by step.And our user manual update every month for your easy learning if there is any update on machine.
2) If have any problem during use,you need our technician to judge the problem elsewhere will be solved by us. Our sales sunny and after-sales technician can provide team viewer/Whatsapp/Email/Phone/Skype with camera till all of your problems finished.We can also provide Door service if you need.

Q10:Can you arrange the shipment for me ?
A10:We can arrange the shipment for our clients by sea or by air. Trading terms FOB, CIF, EXW are available.

Q11:Does the machine can be customized according to my requirements ?
A11:Sure, we have a strong technical team and have rich experience. Our goal is to make you satisfied.

Q12:Our workers can't operate the machine, how to train the staff?
A12:We will send you the teaching video of the machine and 24-hour online service,we also support free training service,engineers can train your workers for free in our factory for 1-3 days,if you want door-to-door service,We can arrange local service in 48 hours
